Roles & Responsibilities

Interface with lead engineers from maintenance, operation and engineering to define the drawing changes and update them as per the existing power plant arrangement.
Execute the changes in the drawings.
Organize the management of change (MOC) by closing pending MOC requests and reviewing previously closed ones.
Create new drawings from scratch if required.
Understand the power plant process.
Provide drafting expertise.
Perform drawing checking and reviews.
Perform field evaluations.
Provide the new documentation and relevant technical drawings to mechanical.

It is a temporary full time job.
Expected contract duration of 1 month.The draftsman role is in charge of updating and providing as-built drawings and Management of Change (MOC) drawings of the plant. Among the activities that are performed, we may find walk-downs to assess piping routes, structures or any other system items and update them in the specific drawing.Key Responsabilities:

Skills / Qualifications:Role Requirements:
Technical qualification in mechanical.
5 years of drafting experience in power generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with a broad technical team.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD in drafting mechanical.
Familiar with chemical and power generation.
Field drafting experience, ability to assess plant systems on site and transfer observations into drawings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical qualification in mechanical.
5 years of drafting experience in power generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with a broad technical team.
