Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Draughtsman with experience in Post-Tension (PT) design and detailing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate PT shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards.

Prepare post-tension shop drawings using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software Coordinate with design engineers to finalize tendon profiles, anchorage layouts, and reinforcement details Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, PT standards, and consultant comments Update drawings as per site revisions, design changes, and consultant instructions Maintain controlled documentation and drawing registers Provide support to the construction team when required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Post-Tension drafting Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (PT software knowledge is a plus) Good understanding of PT systems, slab detailing, and structural drawings Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills
