Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description Draughtsman

Preparing of Civil, Architectural, and MEP drawings

Measuring the site for preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings

Designing the drawings as per the guidance of Senior Engineers

Submitting on-going project drawings for Consultant's approval

Report to line manager and update with the specifications provided in tender drawings

Ensure that all the drawing documents correctly stored

Preparation of design concept for new clients

Explain consultant ID & ME drawing details to site supervisors if required

Coordinate with joinery team for submitting the drawings

Coordinating with site engineers and site supervisors

Support engineering team for preparation and submission of sample for approval

Coordinate with outdoor consulting engineers for standardizing shop drawing & as-built drawings

Effective support to engineering team for work out quantities of new estimation project

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirement (Education & Experience)

Electrical Diploma / Master's in Business Administration

Required 18 years’ experience in construction or related field

Skills & Competencies

Proven ability to communicate clearly at all levels within a multi-cultural environment.

Ability to work strategically and operationally

Should be assertive, calm, measured, and thorough
