Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct Technician Level Repair Services.
Specific Category Level Experience (Eg: AV, AC, TV, HAV Etc).
Ensure high quality service being provided to the customer.
Arrange and provide On The Job Training to personnel at the time of joining and on introduction of new product and/or new technology.
Promote and maintain discipline within the working environment.
Attend to customer complain and endeavor to minimize the same.
Give feedback to the Service Manager on specific quality complaints and get his inputs on certain technical problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
With Light Vehicle license.
3 years of relevant experience in consumer electronics repairs
