Roles & Responsibilities

Safely operate and navigate vehicles daily, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and company policies to maintain a flawless driving record.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, identifying and reporting any maintenance issues to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption to comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Load and unload goods accurately, ensuring that all items are secured and organized to prevent damage during transit.
Plan and optimize delivery routes efficiently, considering time constraints and customer requirements to enhance service quality.
Assist in the training of new drivers, sharing best practices and company policies to foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Monitor vehicle conditions and report any irregularities, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Adhere to company schedules and deadlines, demonstrating reliability and punctuality in all driving assignments.
Stay updated on local weather and road conditions, adjusting routes and schedules proactively to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: High School or Diploma Certificate

We are hiring Drivers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE.
