Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
The primary responsibility is to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for our technical team across Dubai and Sharjah. You will act as the logistical backbone of the field team, ensuring technicians reach sites on schedule and maintaining the vehicle in peak condition.
Key Responsibilities
Personnel Transport: Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of technicians from accommodation to various project sites and back.
Navigation & Routing: Expertly navigate Dubai and Sharjah roads, using knowledge of peak-hour traffic patterns to choose the most efficient routes.
Vehicle Maintenance: Daily checks of the LMV (Manual) including oil, tire pressure, coolant, and cleanliness. Reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
Logistical Support: Assist technicians with loading and unloading light tools or equipment into the vehicle when necessary.
Compliance: Strict adherence to UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations to ensure a "zero-fine" record.
Documentation: Maintaining a daily mileage log and ensuring vehicle registration/insurance documents are up to date.

License: Must possess a valid UAE Manual LMV Driving License (Category 3).
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of driving experience within the UAE, specifically with a deep understanding of Sharjah and Dubai layouts (industrial areas, free zones, and residential communities).
Technical Familiarity: Ability to use GPS/Google Maps efficiently, but with enough local knowledge to navigate when signal is poor.
Language: Basic to functional English (required for communication with the team); Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Soft Skills: High level of punctuality, professional grooming, and a patient attitude toward traffic and changing schedules.
