Roles & Responsibilities
Light Vehicle Driver (Delivery Operations – Amazon Project)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Overview
We are currently hiring Light Vehicle Drivers for delivery operations under an Amazon delivery project across Dubai. The role involves ensuring timely, safe, and efficient parcel deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver parcels across assigned routes within Dubai.
Ensure timely and secure delivery of all shipments.
Handle packages carefully and maintain accurate delivery records.
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and UAE traffic regulations.
Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Eligibility Requirements
Age: 19 to 50 years.
Valid indian four-wheeler driving license from your home country (mandatory).
Basic communication skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling delivery-related duties.
UAE driving license holders will be given preference.
Working Hours
10 hours per day.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: AED 3,500 per month.
Delivery Incentive: AED 3 per parcel.
Minimum Delivery Target: 40 parcels per day.
Company-provided accommodation.
Food provided only during the first 2 months.
UAE driving license sponsorship available for eligible candidates who do not hold a UAE driving license.
Desired Candidate Profile
Training & UAE Driving License Support
Candidates who do not have a UAE driving license will receive company-sponsored driving license support.
Licence cost will be borne by the company, and it won't be deducted from salary.
Estimated license processing period: 45 to 60 days.
During this period, candidates will work as delivery helpers alongside experienced drivers as part of a shadow training program.
Trainees will receive a salary of AED 3,500 per month during the training period.
Food will be provided by the company until the UAE driving license is obtained.
Upon receiving the UAE driving license and beginning independent delivery operations, candidates will become eligible for delivery incentives.
Food expenses will be the employee's responsibility after obtaining the UAE driving license.
Visa Processing & Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of AED 1,050 is required for visa application processing.
The deposit will be refunded after successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
