The Mobility Champion plays a critical role in providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services to passengers with disabilities, special needs, seniors, and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate paratransit and light vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies
• Provide respectful, individualized assistance to passengers, including children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities or special needs
• Safely operate wheelchair lifts, securement systems, ramps, and other accessibility equipment
• Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently, using GPS and dispatch instructions when required
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, trips, passenger details, and daily vehicle logs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatchers, supervisors, passengers, and caregivers
• Deliver a high standard of customer service with empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
• Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies, delays, or unexpected route changes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly vehicle interior at all times
• Complete required reports including incident, accident, and maintenance concerns
• Practice defensive driving and adhere to all health, safety, and risk-prevention standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
