Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely transport equipment, materials, and personnel to various locations, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues promptly to ensure operational readiness.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, ensuring functionality and safety.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, vocational training in a related field is a plus.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are essential.
  • Certifications: Relevant trade certifications (e.g., plumbing, electrical) are highly desirable.
  • Industry of Work Experience: Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
