Roles & Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional transportation of car to and from car rental locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any mechanical issues.
Assist clients with luggage and provide excellent customer service, offering a welcoming and helpful demeanor.
Navigate efficiently using GPS and traffic updates to ensure the quickest and safest routes, prioritizing client comfort.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a basic level of education and be able to speak english.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing a commitment to safe driving.
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, indicating an understanding of client interactions.
Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience is needed, reflecting familiarity with road safety and navigation.
