Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional transportation of car to and from car rental locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any mechanical issues.

  • Assist clients with luggage and provide excellent customer service, offering a welcoming and helpful demeanor.

  • Navigate efficiently using GPS and traffic updates to ensure the quickest and safest routes, prioritizing client comfort.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a basic level of education and be able to speak english.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing a commitment to safe driving.

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, indicating an understanding of client interactions.

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience is needed, reflecting familiarity with road safety and navigation.
