Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely drive the mobile showroom van across assigned residential and commercial areas in Al Ain.

  • Engage walk-up customers and demonstrate product benefits with confidence and professionalism.

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through persuasive sales techniques.

  • Maintain van presentation standards and ensure the interior is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Operate mobile POS (card and cash) and record all transactions accurately.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for promotions and mobile route planning.

  • Provide excellent customer service and build trust with regular customers in the area.

  • Handle light loading/unloading of products as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE Manual Driving License (required).

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (preferably in home products or FMCG).

  • Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.

  • Well-presented with strong interpersonal skills and persuasive selling ability.

  • Familiarity with mobile maps and navigation apps.

  • Must be dependable, organized, and customer-oriented.
