Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Driver / Sample Collector is responsible for the safe and timely collection and transportation from client locations to the laboratory. This role requires adherence to safety and hygiene standards, proper handling of samples, and maintenance of accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company vehicle to various client sites for sample collection and delivery.
  • Collect samples (e.g., water, air, food, medical, or oil) as per company protocol.
  • Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and transportation of samples to prevent contamination or damage.
  • Follow safety procedures and hygiene protocols during collection and transport.
  • Maintain accurate records of samples collected, delivery logs, and client acknowledgements.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks and ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
  • Coordinate with the lab team for scheduling and urgent pickups.
  • Handle samples with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Report any incidents, delays, or issues encountered during the duty.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE Valid driver’s license mandatory with a clean driving record. (Manual /Auto)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in sample collection or as a professional driver is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
  • Ability to handle and transport fragile or hazardous materials safely.
  • Good communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/carry sample containers when required.
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
  • Only candidates residing in the UAE will be considered.
  • Male candidates only
