Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a skilled and responsible Driver holding a valid UAE Driving License No. 8 (Manual Transmission) to join our operations team in Abu Dhabi. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  1. Operate heavy buses/manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently

  2. Transport staff, workers, or passengers to and from designated locations as per schedule

  3. Ensure full compliance with UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and safety standards

  4. Conduct daily vehicle checks including brakes, lights, tires, oil, coolant, and fuel

  5. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle

  6. Report mechanical issues, accidents, or traffic violations immediately

  7. Maintain accurate trip sheets, logbooks, and attendance records

  8. Follow company routes, instructions, and operational schedules

  9. Assist with operational or site-related support duties when required

  10. Maintain professional behavior and courteous interaction with passengers

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Valid UAE Driving License No. 8 (Manual) – mandatory

  2. Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience in the UAE

  3. Proven experience in driving heavy buses

  4. Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi routes and traffic regulations

  5. Clean driving record with no major violations

  6. Basic communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage)

  7. Physically fit and medically sound

  8. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if required

  9. Punctual, disciplined, and safety-oriented
