Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily driver operations and scheduling • Coordinate driver assignments and ensure timely service delivery • Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company standards • Handle driver onboarding, training, and support • Resolve operational issues and maintain high service quality

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in limousine services, chauffeur-driven transport, or related industry • Strong understanding of Dubai’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Urdu (Spoken) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment • Proficiency in basic computer tools and mobile apps
