Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and procedures tailored to Dubai's regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
- Provide engaging safety training and inductions to employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring compliance with local safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Possesses a NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent qualification, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
Certified as a First Aider and Fire Warden, equipped to handle emergencies and ensure workplace safety.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role within the construction or related industry in Dubai, providing proven expertise.
