Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to create precise ductwork designs that meet project specifications.
  • Utilize advanced fabrication tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble duct components with high accuracy.
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HVAC engineers and installers to resolve design challenges and enhance system efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or GED, with technical training in HVAC systems or metal fabrication preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in duct fabrication or a related field, showcasing a strong work history.
  • Certification in HVAC or sheet metal work is highly regarded and may enhance hiring potential.
  • Hands-on skills in using fabrication tools like shears, brakes, and plasma cutters are essential for this role.
