Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The PI Duct Fabricator is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing pre-insulated (PI) ducts used in HVAC systems. The role involves precise cutting, measuring, joining, and sealing of duct panels to ensure high-quality and accurate installation according to project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fabricate and assemble pre-insulated (PI) ducts according to drawings and specifications.

  1. Measure, mark, and cut duct panels using appropriate tools and machines.

3. Join duct sections using approved methods (e.g., adhesive, tape, fasteners).

  1. Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and finishing of duct joints and fittings.

  2. Follow layout drawings and instructions from supervisors or engineers.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fabrication area.

  4. Comply with safety standards and quality procedures at all times.

  5. Assist with site installation and modifications when required.

  6. Report material shortages, defects, or equipment issues promptly to the foreman.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in PI duct fabrication or related HVAC ductwork.

  2. Ability to read and interpret duct drawings and measurements accurately.

  3. Good knowledge of duct materials, tools, and fabrication techniques.

  4. Physically fit and able to work in a workshop or site environment.

  5. Must be currently available in the UAE (immediate joiners preferred).

    Salary & Benefits:

    1. Salary starting from AED 2,000, based on experience

    2. Accommodation and transport provided

    3. Holiday package after 2 years of continuous service
