Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and execute the e-commerce strategy, aligning with overall business goals to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Oversee all aspects of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and website content, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media), focusing on ROI and lead generation.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, customer service) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Monitor and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively implementing innovations.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including platform providers, payment gateways, and fulfillment centers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to lay a strong foundation.
- Holds certifications in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) or digital marketing (Google Analytics, etc.) to demonstrate expertise.
- Boasts 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry, showcasing practical understanding.
- Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel) to extract insights and drive decisions.
- Exhibits strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Showcases leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Is fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages like Arabic being a plus for global e-commerce.
- Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for e-commerce and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
