Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of e-commerce platforms efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement online promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance and customer feedback regularly.
  • Optimizing the user experience on e-commerce platforms to maximize sales.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales and improve brand presence.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all products are displayed accurately with updated descriptions and pricing.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with IT support to resolve technical issues related to online sales platforms.
  • Maintain and update the online sales channels with new products and offers.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce legal requirements and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Prior experience in managing online sales and e-commerce operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and data.
  • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and analytics software.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
