Roles & Responsibilities

KPI for E-Commerce Executive (Marketplace Management & Listings)


1. Product Listings & Content Management

  • Listing Accuracy Rate: % of listings uploaded without errors (target: 98%+).
  • New Listings Uploaded: Number of new SKUs listed per month.
  • Listing Optimization Score: Based on keywords, descriptions, images, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
  • Content Update Timeliness: % of product updates (price, stock, info) completed within SLA.


2. Sales & Performance Metrics

  • Monthly Sales Growth: % increase in total sales vs previous month.
  • Conversion Rate: % of visitors who purchase (target improvement month-on-month).
  • Buy Box Win Rate: % of time your listings hold the Buy Box on platforms like Amazon/Noon.
  • Average Order Value (AOV): Tracking growth or consistency.


3. Inventory & Pricing

  • Stock Availability Rate: % of listings in stock (target: 95%+).
  • Out-of-Stock Duration: Average time listings remain unavailable.
  • Price Competitiveness Index: Comparison of your pricing vs top competitors.


4. Customer Experience & Ratings

  • Product Rating Average: Maintain average of 4.0+ stars.
  • Review Response Time: Average time to respond to customer feedback or queries.
  • Return/Refund Rate: Maintain within acceptable limits (platform benchmark).


5. Marketing & Visibility

  • Ad Campaign ROI / ACOS: Return on advertising spend on marketplaces.
  • Traffic Growth: Increase in listing or store page visits.
  • Promotional Participation: Number of campaigns joined (festivals, flash sales, etc.).


6. Operational & Coordination Efficiency

  • Task Completion Rate: Timely execution of uploads, reports, and updates.
  • Reporting Accuracy: Weekly/monthly reports delivered error-free and on time.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Effective communication with warehouse, accounts, and marketing teams.
