Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Website Performance: Monitor website performance using analytics tools, analyze user behavior, and generate reports to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance and stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends.
Assist in compiling all information to launch digital campaigns with online partners and obtaining approvals
Product Catalogue Management
Monitoring the creation and publication of products across the different online platforms
Assist in pushing best-sellers products based on performance and key indicators
Stock Management
Understanding internal systems to monitor stock levels, raise purchase orders and assist in shipping products to the different online platforms
Liaise with the logistics team to ensure product stock is covered in the region across online channels
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates must: Bachelor s degree in business or digital marketing 2 to 3 years work experience in E-commerce or Retail A dynamic, proactive, flexible, fast learner and committed to teamwork Have a strong attention to detail Ability to respect deadlines Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Data driven Excellent communication skills in English
