Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for related products. Identify growth opportunities across online marketplaces, mobile apps, and company-owned platforms. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align promotions with product availability. Manage the market platform, ensuring accurate product listings, images, pricing, and nutritional information. Collaborate with supply chain to ensure inventory accuracy, freshness, and timely delivery. Optimize product assortment and stock rotation to minimize waste. Plan and execute online campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, push notifications). Drive customer engagement and retention through loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized recommendations. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
- 3 5 years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in fresh food, grocery, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms
