Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Website & User Experience (UX): Oversee website functionality, design, and navigation to ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Performance Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media ads to drive traffic.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer acquisition costs (CAC) to optimize strategy.

  • Merchandising & Product Listing: Manage product catalogs, descriptions, images, and pricing to maximize sales.

  • Technology & Optimization: Utilize A/B testing and analytics to improve site performance and manage integrations with e-commerce platforms.

  • Logistics & Support: Coordinate with operations to manage inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service.


Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience managing online stores, 5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing.

  • Tools: Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and website usability.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
