Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion rates across digital platforms.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions to maximize profitability.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, customer behavior, and sales trends, providing actionable insights to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices, including data protection and consumer rights, to foster trust and credibility.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for e-commerce technologies, shipping, and fulfillment services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Optimize website user experience through A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, and mobile responsiveness to reduce bounce rates and increase sales.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Adobe Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to liaise with vendors and partners effectively.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for global e-commerce operations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset to address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience, with a passion for staying ahead of e-commerce trends and technologies.
