Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an operation Specialist , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations with logistics and customers.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure that our operations are consistent and effective
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • - Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that we are meeting our overall business goals
  • - Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
  • -Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Highly Organized: Excellent prioritization skills and detail oriented
  • Driven: Takes personal pride in work quality and individual growth
