Role Summary

We re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to support Edumall s ecommerce growth in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, assisting with sales operations, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support B2C sales efforts across Edumall s ecommerce platform.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
• Assist in closing sales and achieving monthly targets.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer data.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 3 years of experience in sales, preferably ecommerce or digital products.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of online sales platforms and customer buying behavior.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Riyadh.
