Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing Online Orders through NRTC website & 3rd party e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer Service Assisting customers with information regarding delivery, providing solutions related to replacement, order returns, refunds, order placing & cancellation.
  • Co-ordinating with delivery team assisting them with customer locations & other delivery related information.
  • Co-ordinating with purchase team related to item non-availability & new item information
  • Preparing daily promotion offers for our website
  • Preparing daily price change excel sheet for items on our website.
  • Preparing daily item availability & price benchmarking report against Ecommerce Competitors.
  • Supervising the online picking team & assisting them related to not available items, quality, packing.
  • Purchasing items for online warehouse through local purchase teams.
  • Purchasing packing items & fruit baskets through procurement .
  • Co ordinating & Aligning with Marketing team on ecommerce development plan.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 1 years experience as an E-Commerce specialist.
  • Knowledge of managing of activities related to Ecommerce operations
  • High degree of attention detail considering uninterrupted operations of Ecommerce business.
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy and accomplishes job task in a timely manner.
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-pace work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Ecommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day backend operations of our ecommerce platform across Fruits & Vegetables segments and markets. This includes handling order processing, coordinating fulfillment, resolving platform issues, and ensuring smooth system integrations between NRTC ecommerce platform and Shopify. The role also supports online merchandising activities and contributes to operational efficiency through automation tools and data-driven reporting.

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
