Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of industrial equipment.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various field instruments such as transmitters, sensors, and control valves, ensuring accurate process measurements.
- Interpret electrical schematics, instrumentation diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, including inspections, testing, and calibration of instruments and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in the commissioning of new equipment and systems, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
- Test and repair electrical circuits, motors, and power distribution systems, adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Respond to emergency situations, providing timely and effective electrical and instrumentation support to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and calibration data.
Desired Candidate Profile
ADNOC APPROVED (HABSHAN SITE) E&I JP MANADTORY
Possesses a relevant vocational or technical certificate in electrical or instrumentation technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs, and loop diagrams.
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Exhibits a strong work ethic, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Has the physical ability to perform the job, including the ability to lift, climb, and work in various weather conditions.
Exhibits strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and instrumentation equipment, including PLCs and control systems.
