Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and organize activities to extend learning.
- Effective observation to assess child’s progress and efficiency of learning environment.
- Support the development of the child through early year’s framework.
- Manage the child’s behavior and routine adhering to the policies and procedures of the nursery.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records that identify the child’s individual needs, abilities and progress for future planning.
- Work in partnership with parents and careers.
- Work with health and safety guidelines bearing child’s and center’s hygiene in mind.
- Be updated with the teaching skills and knowledge.
- Supervise the Assistant Teachers and help ensure their practice of high quality.
- Take part in trainings for both personal and professional development.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Atleast Cache level 3 or BEd (Bachelor’s degree in Education)
-Atleast 2 years of relevant work expertise in the UAE
-Very good communication skills
-Positive attitude
- Flexible and able to act as a team leader
-Extensive knowledge on Early Years Foundation stage
-Arabic speaking is mandatory for one opening
