ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees Field Operations onsite and actively participates in the successful execution of various Earthworks Projects.
• Monitors performance and compliance, including schedule, cost, equipment, people, materials and HSE initiatives
• Maintains liaison with Sales, Earthworks Departmental Management and Dispatch to ensure work complies with specifications and schedule
• Takes an active role in monitoring performance
• Build partnerships and relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

• Strong ability to build professional relationships
• Proven mentoring and leadership development skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and thrive under pressure
• Previous estimating experience is an asset
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and possesses a solid work ethic
• Effective leading and managing teams while overseeing project progression.
• Superior communication (verbal and written), planning and organization skills
• Strong Equipment Operation experience required (Track hoe, Dozer, Excavator etc.)
