Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies that align with overall business goals, ensuring measurable growth in sales and traffic.
- Analyze web analytics and customer behavior data to inform marketing strategies, optimize user experience, and increase conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels, to enhance visibility and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insights.
0-5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce, ideally within a fast-paced retail or tech environment.
Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) are highly desirable.
Proven track record of managing successful eCommerce campaigns and achieving sales targets in previous roles.
