Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced e-commerce marketplace specialist to manage our product listings and daily operations on Noon and Amazon. The ideal candidate will handle product photography, listing creation, optimization, and full platform maintenance to ensure high-quality listings and smooth marketplace performance.
Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Portal
- Take professional product photos and edit them (white background + platform requirements)
- Write optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords (SEO)
- Maintain accurate product data: pricing, stock, variations, and attributes
- Monitor and fix listing issues (errors, suppressed listings, policy compliance)
- Coordinate with warehouse/team for stock updates and product availability
- Track performance and improve listings to increase sales and conversion
- Prepare weekly reports on listing status and platform performance
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon listings
- Strong knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO
- Experience with product photography and photo editing tools (Canva/Photoshop or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs
- Good written English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with Amazon/Noon ads (PPC)
- Knowledge of A+ content / Storefront setup
- Knowledge of A+ content/storefront setupntory tracking/storefront
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insights.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce, ideally within a fast-paced retail or tech environment.
- Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing successful eCommerce campaigns and achieving sales targets in previous roles.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, showcasing technical proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying and addressing customer pain points.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in product listings and marketing materials.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a competitive advantage.
