Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth.
• Analyze website performance metrics to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute online promotional campaigns.
• Manage product catalog and ensure accurate representation on ecommerce platforms.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with IT for website updates, ensuring mobile and desktop accessibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for restocking.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track ecommerce performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Oversee the integration of third-party solutions for payment and fulfilment.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, user engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market trends.
