Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth.
- Analyze website performance metrics to optimize user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute online promotional campaigns.
- Manage product catalog and ensure accurate representation on ecommerce platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with IT for website updates, ensuring mobile and desktop accessibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for restocking.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track ecommerce performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.
- Oversee the integration of third-party solutions for payment and fulfilment.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, user engagement, and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market trends.
