Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and boost average order value.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring high-quality images, accurate descriptions, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Update product information, pricing, and availability across marketplaces and the company website.
  • Work with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media promotions.
  • Track the performance of online ads and promotions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor daily sales, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
  • Address escalated customer issues related to orders, returns, and product information.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers and negotiate contracts to maximize value.
  • Monitor customer reviews and ratings and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, best sellers, and inventory trends.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for website updates, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace rules, platform policies, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail management (preferably in FMCG or similar industries).
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, or Amazon, or Noon, with hands-on experience in website management.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, or similar to track performance metrics effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
