Roles & Responsibilities

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do:

  • In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product and clinical training to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Understand the market positioning and competitive landscape.
  • Responsible for the development of our annual medical education strategy in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Curriculum/program development and creation/delivery of educational content utilizing HCP input. You ll demonstrate technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs.
  • Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with the medical education strategy.
  • Drive collaboration with broader Medical Education, Marketing, Events, Finance and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the project management of medical education programs and manage internal/external resources that support an overarching strategic direction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, clinical advancements and develop a network of key opinion leaders (KOL) to drive excellence in the Medical Education offering.
  • Organize and deliver classroom/virtual courses, workshops, events, etc. Understand the different communication channel strategies and associated impacts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through voice of customer (VOC), metrics, surveys, etc. to enable potential improvements.

What you need:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • 8 years of work experience, including developing and executing (Medical) Education/Training strategies and programs in MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects across multiple countries to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Sophisticated networking skills, capable of developing strong relationships and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and collaborate with stakeholders from different markets and cultures.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40%).

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales, Project Management, or Events Management.
  • MBA is a plus.
