Education Sales Manager
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Our client is newly-opended, Riyadh-based English language training institute. On their behalf we are seeking a dynamic and energetic sales professional that can lead the promotion and sales of English language courses to individuals, corporates and government clients. You will have a proven background in ELT/Education sales and business development.
Job Level: Experienced
Languages: Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is prefered but not required
Salary: Base plus uncapped, target-driven commission
Key Duties
• Be responsible for achieving sales targets and general account management
• Research potential clients and decision makers, and take responsibility for building a robust/relevant database
• Prospect for potential clients in-line with industry/market best practice
• Manage sales cycles across a broad range of deal sizes, incorporating both high volume AND strategic/key account approaches
• Take ownership of end-to-end sales cycle, including development of Subject Matter Expertise in due course (with required support)
• Conduct professional presentations and pitches in-person and online
• Create and execute demand generation campaigns to target audience
• Prepare necessary marketing material in conjunction with outsourced design team
• Develop and manage CRM
• Maintain robust pipeline and forecast accurately to the CEO
• Strong understanding of English language teaching, courses, qualifications etc.
• Proven success with creating trusted networks in new environments
• Proven success in a do it all environment, from demand generation to self-sufficient selling, to managing different types/sizes of sales cycles all at once
• Entrepreneurial approach and proven experience with selling education/training products
• Ability to act as a strong brand ambassador for the institute
• Ability to differentiate between, and simultaneously handle transactional sales and strategic clients
• Consultative sales history and an appreciation for the value of customer retention
• Strong results orientation, with the commitment and drive to achieve a new business goal in a demanding and competitive business environment
• Passionate about closing business, with a "can do" attitude and ability to work independantly when needed
• Integrity, honesty and the ability to ask for help when needed
• Bachelor's degree
• ELT qualification and teaching experience
