Key Responsibilities
- Provide student support via email and social media.
- Assist with course registration and student guidance.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance student experience.
- Contribute to initiatives that increase student engagement and motivation.
After training, options include:
- Relocating to the UAE to join the core team.
- Continuing as a remote Student Support Consultant.
- Receiving a certificate of training completion and experience.
- Ability to commit to the required working hours.
- A strong passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Ability to teach concepts clearly, especially in mathematics.
- Strong mathematical reasoning skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly and accurately.
- Proficiency in using computers, smartphones, and digital tools.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and other common software (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and perseverance.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Attention to detail and openness to learning and continuous improvement.br>
- 12 hours per day, 6 days a week.
- From 12 noon to 12 am Cairo time.br>
