Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring a safe work environment for all.
- Develop and implement site-specific EHS programs and procedures, customizing them to the unique operational needs of the facility.
- Lead and participate in incident investigations, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide EHS training and coaching to employees, fostering a culture of safety awareness and promoting best practices.
- Manage and maintain EHS records, including permits, inspections, and training documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Description:
- Hold local qualification requirements for site EHS supervisor including very good academic records, NEBOSH trained and certified.
- Minimum 3 years work experience as EHS supervisor in GCC reputed company.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
- Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations.
