Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and HVAC system malfunctions, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and HVAC equipment, including inspections, cleaning, and component replacements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and components according to electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant lines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or vocational training in electrical or HVAC technology is preferred.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as EPA 608 for refrigerant handling and electrical certifications.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in commercial settings.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and HVAC principles.
