As an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and safe operation of all electrical and instrumentation systems within our facility. You will lead and manage a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. This position is vital in maintaining the operational efficiency and reliability of our systems. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance and repair work. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems. You should have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve operational excellence, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians effectively.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all electrical and instrumentation work meets industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless integration of maintenance activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.
• Prepare and manage budgets for electrical and instrumentation projects efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of all electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance records and documentation.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed by all team members.
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as required for project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems and practices.
• Proven track record in maintaining and improving operational efficiency.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team and stakeholders.
