Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ELV systems design and integration, including BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, IPTV, structured cabling, and smart home automation.
- Ensure compliance with international and UAE standards (NFPA, BS, IEEE, ISO) and local authority requirements.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems to meet project performance and aesthetic goals.
- Develop and implement smart technology solutions to enhance energy efficiency, security, and guest experience.
- Coordinate with MEP, IT, automation, and architectural teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and project timelines.
- Conduct system audits, inspections, and testing to ensure full compliance and optimal performance.
- Prepare and manage ELV documentation, technical reports, and commissioning protocols.
- Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and cybersecurity compliance across all systems.
- Mentor ELV engineers and technicians to strengthen project execution capabilities.
- Represent ELV scope in meetings, progress reviews, and client presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 18 years of experience in ELV systems within luxury hospitality, residential, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Expert knowledge of ELV design, integration, and commissioning procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, DIALux, and related ELV and security system applications.
Strong understanding of fire alarm, access control, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
