Roles & Responsibilities

Electrical Engineer – Production & Assembly

  • Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Production & Assembly

1.     Job Overview

  • We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical assembly and testing activities within the production department. The role involves supervising soldering, wiring, battery pack connections, and electrical testing to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.


2.     Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical assembly, soldering, wiring, and battery pack connections.

  • Ensure correct polarity and safe handling of low-voltage DC systems (5V–28V).

  • Verify proper cable preparation (stripping, crimping, insulation).

  • Oversee continuity and voltage testing using multimeters.

  • Identify and resolve soldering defects, loose connections, and wiring issues.

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ESD standards, and safety procedures.

  • Support rework and corrective actions as required.

  • Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved.

  • Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.

  • Coordinate with mechanical teams to ensure proper system integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

3.     Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • 2–5 years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing environments.

  • Experience working with low-voltage DC systems is preferred.


4.     Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of DC systems and polarity.

  • Practical knowledge of soldering and electrical assembly.

  • Ability to perform basic electrical testing (continuity & voltage).

  • Familiarity with ESD and safety standards.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.

  • High attention to detail and quality compliance.
