•Installation & Testing of Fire Alarm Field Devices

• Supervision of Manpower during Installation & Testing activities

• Supervised the Installation of GI Containments, Field Devices & Control Panels for BMS & Fire Alarm Systems. •Measure, cut and install wiring and conduit systems

• Install and program electrical equipment

•Troubleshoot or replace electrical components as needed

•Perform preventative maintanance inspections

•Installation, Erection, Testing & Commissioning for Equipment like Generator, Bus Bar riser, LV panel, SMDB, DB, FACP, HVAC items (chillers/FCU/Package unit) etc.

•Study & reviewing tender specifications/drawings, project scope of works, clients’ requirements, BOQ, project milestones, miscellaneous details, project scheduling deliverables, and specification from the supplied bid documents. •Maintenance of the 11 KV substation HT cable

•Preparing documentations like PQP, Method Statement/TRA, ITP, Inspection request (IR), Material Submittal (MS), Material Inspection Request (MIR), Site clarification notice (SCR) for consultant inspection and approval.

•Issuing and closing of NCR

• Work in line with company HSE safety policies and procedure, ensure that contractors have understood HSE procedures, incident injury free, rules & regulation and all work are incompliance

•Verifies and review all approved drawings, standard codes, vendors scope of works, equipment and material specs. •Co-ordinating among consultants and clients and responsible for checking & finalizing tender documents, BOQ. •Preparation and review of Method Statements, Work Specific Quality Control Plans, documents as per specifications of contract document.

• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Firefighting instrument, such as landing valve, f/f risers, sprinklers, all pumps used in firefighting system, Etc

•Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sanitary Fixture & Fittings, Cold & Hot Water Supply, Internal & External Drainage system, Pumps & Equipment’s , Such as WTP, Ball Valve, NRV, Y Strainer, Pressure Gauge ,Submersible Pumps, RO Unit, PRV,P/S Trap,Hopper,COP, BFV,CPVC Pipe, UPVC Pipe, Copper Pipe, GI Pipe, SW Pipe, CI Pipe,RCC Pipe, LA Pipe ,UV Unit all Pumps Used in Plumbing System.Etc.

•MV/LV switchgear electrical systems, Substation construction, installation and electrical works.

• Supervise the activities of electrical substation power on and motor run in field. Ensure the application of the TAG-OUT/LOCK OUT. Implementation of LOTO Procedure at site.

•Prepare the material submittal, Method statement and inspection test plan of Electrical Service as per ADDC Standard. • Monitor compliance with regulations, make an initial inspection during the first phase of construction and follow up with further inspections throughout the construction project. Check the NCR and proper follow-up with Qc Team.

•All type of Low voltage switchgear panels - Front view, Internal View, Sections, SLD, TLD, Controls/Schematic diagram, BOM, BOQ for ordering materials, Busbar calculation, Feeder calculation, Pre qualification, Commercial offers, Compliance statement & reply to comments.

•Site survey for retrofit jobs LV Panel dismantling to new panel’s installations at site

• Maintenance of 27/400KV,27-14.49/4.37KV Transformer. And Maintain transformers, circuit breaker, motor, AVR, UPS, Generator Test, calibrate, and inspect equipment and monitoring devices

•Act as the site leader and responsible for electrical and controls, defining standards, ensuring all executed projects are in line with the site electrical and control strategy.

•Control of authorized personnel and regular involvement in safety reviews and related
training, Assurance of conformity of all electrical and control systems, new and existing, to
internal standards, safety legislation, and environmental protection, Maintain and updating all relevant documentation and drawings as necessary for the individual projects
