Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV motors, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, etc. • Ability to manage teams of supervisors and technicians • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP (Maintenance & Turnaround planning) • Understanding of IEC standards, Area Classification, Ex standards • Ability to support QA/QC, HSSE, and compliance audits • Capable of handling routine and non-routine electrical maintenance
Desired Candidate Profile
• 6+ years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance & Major Turnarounds
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Middle East
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Ability to respond effectively to electrical emergencies and minimize downtime
