Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare material requirements.


Manage material procurement and ensure timely coordination


Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.


Handle all activities related to maintenance and fit-out works.


Work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.


Minimum3-10 years of relevant experience in MEP fit-out and maintenance projects.


Strong technical, analytical, and coordination skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
