• Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems in new building projects.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Prepare and review electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize software tools to model and simulate electrical designs for buildings.
• Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems to meet new standards and client requirements.
• Participate in project meetings to provide technical insights and report on electrical progress.
• Manage electrical project budgets and ensure cost-effective design solutions are implemented.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance building electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure all electrical systems adhere to government regulations and industry standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all building electrical installations.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred for this position.
• Minimum of five years of experience in electrical engineering for buildings.
• Proficiency in using electrical design and simulation software like AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, NEC, and electrical safety standards.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
