Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and analyze electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations to deliver efficient solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects, providing clients with clear insights into the economic viability of proposed designs.
- Develop and implement testing procedures for electrical systems, ensuring reliability and performance through rigorous evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and civil engineers, to integrate electrical solutions seamlessly into larger projects.
- Oversee the installation of electrical systems, providing guidance and support to contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in existing systems, applying analytical skills to identify problems and devise effective repair strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications and reports, to communicate project requirements and outcomes effectively.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in the field of electrical engineering to incorporate innovative solutions into your work.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that electrical projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in core engineering principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering, showcasing expertise in system design and implementation.
- Experience in specific industries such as renewable energy, telecommunications, or manufacturing, aligning with the company's focus areas.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or ETAP for designing and analyzing electrical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting technical information.
