  • Electrical Engineer Solar & Substation
  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in solar and substation projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical systems, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar and substation electrical systems.
  • Manage HV/MV electrical works, including cabling, switchgear, and protection systems.
  • Implement and monitor LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PTW (Permit to Work) procedures to ensure safe operations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and international safety standards.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues on-site.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5 8 years of experience in solar projects and substations.
  • Strong knowledge of HV/MV systems, protection schemes, and cabling.
  • Familiarity with LOTO, PTW, and electrical safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and ensure quality standards./
