Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare material lists, BOQs, and technical specifications for projects

  • Design and develop electrical systems and components to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.

  • Conduct product feasibility in coordination with operations to optimize project efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software systems.

  • Perform quality checks, testing, and verification of assembled switchgear panels along with QA/QC.

  • Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to promptly identify and resolve issues.

  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications, which demonstrate a commitment to industry standards and ethics.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, preferably in sectors such as renewable energy or automation.

  • Knowledge of IEC standards, protection devices, and power distribution systems.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD design software.

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Schneider, ABB, Siemens, or LS products is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working with deadlines and adapting to fast-paced environments.

  • Proven track record of working on complex projects, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
