Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for all factory machinery and production equipment, ensuring maximum equipment reliability and minimized downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure factory equipment functions optimally and meets operational standards.
- Perform immediate maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Plan, organize and control spare parts inventory to ensure critical parts are available for maintenance and repair needs.
- Track and manage spare parts usage to maintain cost-effectiveness and avoid shortages
- Trouble shooting and Preventive maintenance of CNC machines, Electrical Panel wiring, Servo drives & Servo Motor, PLC programming and troubleshooting Knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the production and quality teams, to align maintenance activities with factory goals and minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and breakdown reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in utilities management within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of EOT cranes, Demag cranes, electrical/battery operated Vehicles, Understanding of electrical diagram & Experience in handling forklifts & MHE (Material Handling Equipment's)
